1. Who we are
SiL Learning Hub ("we", "us", "our") is the operator of this website and the 11+ and KS2-3 readiness mock test programme. You can reach us at Hi@SharingisLearning.com.
2. What cookies we use
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. We keep our use deliberately light:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to load, remember your cookie choice, and keep registration forms working. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies (optional) — anonymous, aggregated data about which pages parents read and where visitors come from, so we can improve the programme. Only set if you press Accept all.
We do not use advertising cookies, do not sell data to third parties, and do not run cross-site tracking.
3. Personal data we collect
When you register for a mock test or contact us, we collect the parent's name, email address, the pupil's first name and year group, and the test session you have chosen. We use this solely to administer the mock, return the feedback report and result slip, and arrange follow-up tutorials.
4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data under contract (delivering the mock and feedback you signed up for) and legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and improving the programme). Analytics cookies rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's storage.
5. How long we keep it
Registration and result records are kept for up to 24 months so siblings and returning families can be matched to previous performance. Enquiry emails are kept for 12 months. Your cookie preference is stored on your device for 12 months and then you'll be asked again.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it for a specific purpose. Email Hi@SharingisLearning.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and refresh the date at the top. Material changes will re-trigger the cookie banner on your next visit.
